Very nice hotel in Panamá City. The staff were great, very kind and helpful. Housekeeping is top notch! The metro is just a few steps away as well as lots of restaurants and a grocery store.

The hotel and the room were beautiful and very comfortable- our expectations exceeded. We ate at the restaurant to avoid leaving as we had an early morning ahead of us. They had large servings and the food was delicious- which wasnt our experience in most of Panama. The terrace on the 12th floor was amazing. And so was the view from our room on the 13th

The bed was very comfortable the bathroom, toilet, and hot water was perfect. The hotel is located near two casinos, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, and bars. I can always stay here again.

Big clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. They kept restaurant open so we could order glass of wine and sandwich at 10:00 pm.

The isolation between rooms in not the best, and unlikely the neighbor put his TV till late at night and was talking loudly on the phone. 1st night we had no issue at all but the second one was not the same experience. Otherwise all was super nice, location, staff, breakfast is really good continental buffet with lot of choice and good product, location is super convenient 4$ to go to the old town by taxis, 20$ for the airport, bank at 5min, supermarket too, subway...

The room was a large room, everything in working order, bed very comfortable, very clean every day. The breakfast always had fresh fruit, good food. And the location was awsome, close to everything, its location is in a very vibrant area, locals are very friendly, respectful, safe to walk everywhere, lots of stores to shop, restaurants, supermarkets. The front desk staff, the cleaning staff and restaurant staff were all friendly and ready to assist with anything.

The hotel room was actually quite comfortable and while I did some remote work, I enjoyed the fact that there was a small area with a couch surrounded by windows (natural light) which made working from there pleasant. WiFi didn't fail so that was good and coming in from the humid heat outside into the nice AC room was a really enjoyable relief from the heat. Staff were friendly and at least for what I did, the area was totally fine with many nice restaurants nearby. A building nearby seems a bit abandoned but don't let the "eeriness" of an abandoned building fool you into thinking is a bad area. Had a bakery not too far and even a starbucks but best was to have many food options for when I only had 1 hour to run and grab a bite and then return for remote work.

The property is clean, staff is friendly. Bed are comfy. Within food distances, restaurant on site. Breakfast was amazing. My kids look fwd to breakfast everyday we spent.
